Overview

In compliance with the Reserve Bank of India (“RBI”) guidelines on Fair Practices Code for NBFCs, Financial Sarthi has adopted this Fair Practice Code (“Code”).

This Code shall be applicable to all offices of Financial Sarthi and shall be binding on all employees, officers, directors, agents, and consultants of the Company.

Objective

  • Adopt best practices in dealings with customers.
  • Set high operating benchmarks to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Follow transparent, fair, ethical, and legally compliant business practices.
  • Provide complete and accurate information to customers.
  • Promote long-term, mutually beneficial customer relationships.

Commitments

  • Abide by all applicable laws, RBI regulations, and statutory guidelines.
  • Deliver efficient, professional, and customer-centric services.
  • Not discriminate on grounds of religion, caste, gender, or disability.
  • Maintain a structured and time-bound grievance redressal mechanism.
  • Protect customer personal data except where disclosure is legally required.

Loans, Terms & Conditions

  • Loan application forms shall be made available free of cost.
  • Acknowledgement shall be issued for all completed applications.
  • Loan sanction or rejection shall be communicated within a reasonable time.
  • A loan sanction letter containing complete terms shall be issued to the customer.

Recovery of Dues

  • Coercive, abusive, or unethical recovery practices are strictly prohibited.
  • Recovery actions shall be lawful, respectful, and conducted during appropriate hours.
  • Statements of account shall be provided upon request or loan closure.
